Implementation of electronic document management.

Since January 11, 2021, TMK Logistic LLC has implemented electronic document management (EDM) technologies.

The organization that provides the exchange of open and confidential information via telecommunication channels within the framework of electronic document management is Tensor Company LLC. (SEDO SBIS)

Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is an electronic document management system, which is an automated unified information system for receiving, storing and transmitting electronic documents (signed with a qualified electronic signature) via telecommunication channels. Provides functions for the exchange of legally significant electronic documents between users of the system.

To participate in EDF, you must:

- conclude an agreement for the issuance of qualified certificates with any Certification Center accredited in accordance with the requirements of the Law "On Electronic Signature", and obtain qualified certificates of electronic keys for verifying the electronic signature of authorized persons;

- independently ensure the installation, configuration of electronic signature tools in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and the regulations of the Certification Center.

Electronic document flow is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 06.04.2011 No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature", Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated 10.11.2015 No. 174n.
