Updated requirements for visiting Baikonur.

On June 25, 2021, amendments were made to the Decree of the Head of the city of Baikonur "On the extension of the high alert regime for the authorities and forces of the emergency prevention and response system in the city of Baikonur, restrictive measures to prevent and limit the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the territory of the city of Baikonur and amendments to the Resolution of the Head of Administration of the city of Baikonur dated March 12, 2021 No. 110 ", as well as amendments to the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Baikonur Complex dated March 26, 2021 No. 6.

To visit the Baikonur complex, the presence of a PCR test no older than 68 hours at the time of departure of the aircraft indicated in the ticket remains unchanged.

Additional requirements have been introduced:

Entry to the territory of the city of Baikonur of business travelers, including to separate structural units of the enterprises of the rocket and space industry and temporarily staying in the hotels of the Baikonur cosmodrome, is carried out only on the basis of documents on vaccination against coronavirus infection or a certificate of the presence of immunoglobulin G antibodies in the blood (not older than 30 days by the time of arrival in the city of Baikonur), except for cases of medical assistance and cases of emergency.

The verification of these documents will be carried out at the entrance to the city of Baikonur at the checkpoint by employees of the FMBA of Russia.

During the flight to Baikonur, passengers will be required to fill out the questionnaires provided on board the aircraft, and upon arrival at the Baikonur complex (Krainy airfield), PCR tests and questionnaires will be checked.

The requirement to present PCR tests at registration upon departure to the Baikonur complex remains unchanged.
